MOther/Daughter Music Ministry
Donna Gassett and Sonja Leavitt, a mother-daughter singing duo, have travelled to various venues and churches providing inspirational original music to people around the country. Donna grew up singing in Germany with her 2 sisters in “The Parschauer Trio” and has recorded numerous albums in both English and German. Donna and Bill Gassett started a music and speaking ministry called “Crescendo Ministries”. In their 70s, they are still as creative as ever, writing new poems and songs each month. Now, Donna writes music, speaks and sings mostly with her daughter, Sonja Leavitt. Sonja is married to Brian Leavitt and together they have 2 daughters, who are also getting involved in singing and writing their own music.
Our Family
Brian and Sonja met in Columbus, Ohio and were married in September 2009. Music and recording their songs has always been a part of their lives separately and now combining their talents and efforts, they have made several albums together and continue to explore new creative ideas for writing new songs and even including their children in the process!
